RE OPENING PLAY AREAS - SATURDAY 4TH JULY 2020

Lutterworth Town Council will be re opening their play areas on Saturday 4th July 2020.

To ensure that you are ready to use the play areas safely you will need to plan ahead. Parents and equipment users must read this guidance and ensure families follow it carefully for the safety of their children and others.

Maximum number of users per play area are as follows:
Coventry Road - 30 people
Crescent Road - 10 people
Poppy Road - 16 people
Foxfield - 12 people

1 adult to accompany 1 child at all times.

The equipment is checked regularly for damage and wear and tear but will not be sanitised or disinfected. The equipment is used at your own risk.

Do not use the equipment if you or any member of your household (or bubble) has coronavirus symptoms or are self-isolating.

Make sure you have hand sanitiser with you before entering the play area. Encourage everyone in your family to use the hand sanitiser regularly and as a minimum, before and after using the play equipment. Encourage children to avoid touching their faces.

You MUST maintain a minimum 1m plus social distancing from others, unless they are from the same household (or bubble). Please also consider wearing a face mask. Some equipment can only be used by one child at a time whilst maintaining social distancing. Please ensure your family waits at a safe distance if the equipment is in use, or return later.

DO NOT LITTER - If your family are using disposable PPE, please take it home with you or use the bin provided. Wash your hands for 20 seconds when you get home. Consumption of food and drink is banned in the play area to help stop the spread of coronavirus

We hope you enjoy using the play areas again and thank you for helping to keep everyone safe by following these simple instructions.
